Bookings made prior to 30 June receive the quantity of kits booked on their final order at the reduced Earlybird price. Additional kits, will be at the non Earlybird price. . To be eligible, a 50% deposit must be received by 30 June. The balance is calculated according to the exact quantity when finalising.

The group price is $34.99 (or $30.99 if booked at Earlybird rate). You can charge/sell for any amount you wish. The RRP of kits at our online store is $49.99
We provide a generous bulk buy discount that allows groups to fundraiser. For an event or sales drive, most groups charge enough to cover their costs, include some supper, and fundraise. You can choose any price that suits your group to sell at for an event or sales drive. It's great value for hours of festive Christmas fun and a beautifully decorated gingerbread house to enjoy or gift!

For Events, we supply the preloaded bags with readymade icing. Snip the end, squeeze and decorate! For Sales Drives, the royal icing is supplied in dry form.
Instructions for assembly of the gingerbread houses are included in each package and our Gingerbread Folk house kits are known for their ease of assembly. We also provide a demonstration video that can be shown at your event. (available for download after booking, from our exclusive members’ resources Friends of Gingerbread Folk . Here you’ll find helpful material to assist promoting your sales drive/event to make it a great success.
Yes we offer a convenient 350g preportioned pack of high quality GLUTEN FREE & VEGAN LOLLIES that can be sent home for Sales Drives or placed at a setting for an event. These are able to purchased by groups at $9.99ea as an optional extra.
Once you provide the week in which you'd like delivery, we advise the cut-off date for finalising orders. For NSW & ACT this is 12 days before the date entered. For QLD, VIC, SA & TAS it is 20 days, WA & NT it is 21 days)
you provide us with your preferred week for delivery. Subject to payment by the due date of final invoice, the order will leave our warehouse with enough time to reach you by your requested date. You will receive tracking once despatched but we aren’t able to control the exact day an order arrive arrives.
our GINGERBREAD is Best Before the date on the packaging. Best Before is 12 months from manufacture. ROYAL ICING POWDER is same.
For READY-MADE ROYAL ICING for events, store in fridge or freezer. Thaw a few hours before required. Our event supplies are shipped all around Australia and Gingerbread Folk’s royal icing does not need to be refrigerated in transport. Our unique vegan Royal Icing will not suddenly go off. It is dairy, egg and gluten free!
Our all natural gingerbread does not suddenly 'go off' - It may just become less spicy over time. We cannot give you a definite indication on how long your product will last once the products are out of their packaging but recommend that your gingerbread house be wrapped well in cellophane to protect from insects and humidity.
